The crimson-collared grosbeak (Periporphyrus celaeno) is a species of bird in the family Cardinalidae, the cardinals, grosbeaks, and “tanager” allies. It is endemic to Mexico but has occurred several times as a vagrant in southern Texas in the U. S.
